The FDA requested a permanent injunction against ATF Fitness Products Inc. (ATF), Manufacturing ATF Dedicated Excellence, Inc. (MADE), and James G. Vercellotti of Oakmont, Pa., owner and operator of both companies, for failure to comply with the dietary supplement current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations. MADE makes more than 400 dietary supplements, including vitamins and minerals, under the brands “Sci-Fit,” “Nature’s Science,” and “For Store Only.”

All American Pharmaceutical (AAP) manufactures all products for the All American EFX line. Additionally, AAP had licensed several of their patented RAW MATERIALS to Sci-Fit for use in some of their products. However, it is important to note that both AAP and All American EFX are not affiliated with Sci-Fit and are completely independent of them. Thus, the current cGMP violations Sci-Fit is now facing have nothing to do with AAP or EFX in any way.
